Good ambience - clean large rooms - and courteous staff

It's a shame we stayed for only one night! The hotel is wonderful at all points. Everything from the welcome to the checkout was very customer-oriented. Now we know which hotel chain to stay in India.

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception.
Two small points -
1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel
2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away
Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

Great hotel at convenient location for airport connections.

Ita a beautiful hotel.with such a huge rooms and all of the facilties. Its nearly walking to airport .

Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish.
Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

Front desk said me the room I bought thru trip.com has window but faded to wall … no sight at all.
But asking me additional money to get regular room.
They gave me a room key .. which has a window but faced wall… has to work all the hallway to get a room

Stayed for 3 nights.Awesome experience! Reception was welcoming and ?the ?rooms were big (particularly as it is right outside the arrival area of T1 terminal). Ample potable water provided for a family of 4. ?Pitch dark functions were enabled for the curtains and the rooms were sound proof. Breakfast spread was adequate, and live counters were fabulous. Would love to have a few more options for fruits.
A special call out for supporting ?‘divyang’’- what a lovely smile the young boy carried and we could interact in ?sign language. Thanks to TATA ethos!
